Well everything is not in our control. Some situations have no solution like weather conditions, political problems, and many others. So when these types of circumstances occur, we have to make changes to and can cancel already confirmed bookings. We have the right to do so. In a few cases, we have to make an important change. That important change is made before your departure, in accordance with the information you have given us at the time of your travel booking, and on the basis of that information, we may have some major effect on your confirmed trip.
When it will become important to make some major changes or even cancellation of your confirmed ticket, we will inform you as soon as possible. In those circumstances, we will offer you other routing or dates. It will be of the same cost and standard if the airline confirms the same. If time permits, we will provide you with the following options so you can choose.
1. Endorsement of changed adjustment.
2. You can purchase another trip of the same kind as that of your original one. This alternative trip will be considered as another purchase but we will coordinate with the airline so that you can get reimbursement for your existing booking. If you do not want to accept this option, you may choose another available option. You have to pay the appropriate price for such options adjustments.
3. Just agree with the cancellation and you will get a full refund of the amount you have paid to us. It will be possible if that airline allows us to do so.
Terms and Conditions for Cancellation
1. Please note that we will take no responsibility for choices that have been mentioned above and we will not provide any reimbursement when the airline will make any cancellations or changes on the basis of those situations which are not under our control. We can only discuss the situation with airlines, but the final decision will always be taken by them. We can not give any guarantee of such reimbursement.
2. If you failed to meet the need of booking such as being unable to pay on time and if we have to make changes on the basis of your failure then we won’t be responsible to pay any reimbursement that has been mentioned above.
3. Vacation packages and airline tickets are mostly non-refundable. All cancellations are to be done over the phone only. Once you accede your cancellation request to our customer support service executive, you will be notified by email acknowledging your request. But it doesn’t mean you are eligible for a refund. Based upon the fair rules and after concerning it with the airline, we create your claim and process it if fare rules allow it. You have to keep patient because it will take 4-6 weeks to get a refund.
